Labels need the licensee name and number, product name, batch number, net weight, ingredients, the Oklahoma Uniform Symbol (at least ½ by ½ inch, in color), THC and terpenoid potency, the packaged date, and the warnings: keep out of reach of children, not for use during pregnancy, for licensed patients only, and since Nov 1, 2025, that driving under the influence is illegal.
Why it matters
Label content is the longest list on every inspection form, and it applies to the dispensary shelf as well as the producer.
