The sampler needs documented training and the lab's sampling procedure on hand. Collect samples on your premises, tamper-seal them immediately, deliver them to the lab the same day, complete the 16-item field log, and keep sampling records for 7 years.
Why it matters
Inspectors ask for training records and field logs, not just the COA.
