When Metrc is down

If you lose access for reasons outside your control, keep records of all activity and enter them as soon as access returns. If the loss is your fault (unpaid fees, no administrator), stop all reportable activity. Any sale or transfer during that time is an unlawful sale.
Why it matters
A lapsed account isn't a paperwork issue. Every sale during it counts as unlawful.
