Processing for patients
ProcessingLast verified Nov 1, 2026
A processor may turn a patient's own marijuana into concentrate, up to 1 oz of concentrate per transaction, after verifying the patient's license. Keep a log: license number, date received, weights in and out, and return date.
Why it matters
The log is the only proof that what you returned matches what the patient brought.
Applies to Grower/Processor/Dispensary/Transporter/Lab
Connected rules
- Patient verification and sale limits — Verification works the same way as at a dispensary.
